Investigators who are using or plan to use hESCs are required to provide the following detailed information to the ESCRO on the designated tracking form for all hESC research, regardless of the source of funding: Sources of the hESCs, including the original sources of derived cell lines, Sources of funding for the research work, and Locations, on or off campus, at which the work will be or is being performed.
